Giovanni Leone has gained extensive experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector; he handles intellectual property and new technologies across the entire IP lifecycle, offering clients assistance from the very beginning (whether it’s a new design, a new invention, a new algorithm, etc.) through to the registration and negotiation of related licensing agreements, providing support to companies in the EU and international markets (registration of “Historic Trademarks” before the Italian UIBM Office, protection of the “Made in Italy” label, preferential origin of goods, assistance with customs procedures for the export and import of goods), and litigation before the Specialized Commercial Division of the courts.
