TAX LITIGATION AND CONSULTANCY DEPARTMENT

LNRA provides consulting and assistance in the areas of tax litigation and tax planning, relying on a team of professionals specialized in managing relationships between taxpayers and tax authorities. The department’s activities are focused on providing technical support to clients at every stage of the tax proceedings, from tax risk prevention to litigation before the Tax Courts.

LNRA assists clients from the very beginning, in dealing with tax disputes, through a thorough analysis of their tax position and the tax rulings issued.

Special focus is placed on the pre-litigation phase, during which LNRA supports taxpayers throughout tax audits to avoid the need for litigation. Should litigation become necessary, the firm handles the preparation of legal documents at every level of the judicial process.
